Davines A New Colour Activators are creamy emulsions containing hydrogen peroxide, the oxidizing agent that favours the polymerization action that leads to the desired hair colour. The Activators have a specific viscosity designed to make mixing the components easier and to ensure perfect adherence of the colour mixture to the hair structure, preventing it from running.

The Activators also contain Vitamin C which, together with the Carotenoids and Melanin present in the colour, and the Vitamin C in the cream base, creates a blend with distinctive anti-free radical action. Emollient substances have also been added to increase the solubility of the pigments and support their penetration into the hair structure.
