Dr. Beckmann Descaler For Electrical Appliances 250 ml (184632)

Helps to clean the appliance of scale and restore optimum performance and energy consumption. Suitable for high-end coffee machines and other compact kitchen appliances (steam boilers, irons, etc.).

Descales twice as fast as conventional citric acid-based descalers.

USE:

Forcoffee/tea/espresso machines:

Pour 500 ml into the water tank of the machine and add 50 ml ( approx. 1/2 cup ) of cleaning agent. If you need to get rid of more limescale or clean larger appliances, increase the amount of cleaner proportionally. Start the appliance and set the programme for descaling or allow the appliance to run as soon as the cleaner has completed its cleaning cycle. To rinse the appliance, repeat the process 1-2 times with clean water.

For electric kettles:

Pour 50 ml of cleaner into the electric kettle (about 1/2 cup) and add 500 ml of water. DO NOT heat ! The scale will start to separate immediately, making a slight bubbling sound. When the product no longer fizzles, the process is complete. If you need to remove a larger quantity of scale, pour in 100-150 ml of the product, fill the appliance to the top mark and leave for 10-15 minutes. Empty the watering can and rinse with clean water.

 For steam irons, steam ironing systems, rice or egg cookers and steamers:

Follow the appliance manufacturer's recommendations ! IMPORTANT ! - The cleaning agent or its liquid may damage surfaces (enamelled surfaces, marble, silver, zinc, chrome) that are sensitive to acid. If the appliance is equipped with a water filter, remove it before cleaning the appliance.

CAUTION! May be corrosive to metals. Irritating to skin. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of water EYE CONTACT: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical attention. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention. Substances or mixtures classified as corrosive to metals but not corrosive to skin and/or eyes, which are ready for use and packaged for domestic use, do not need to be labelled with the hazard pictogram GHS05.
